Who we are

Tesla Invest is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). Privacy questions can be sent to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].

What the service currently does

Tesla Invest lets people create an account, complete an investor profile, upload an identity document and submit an application that our team reviews manually. Approved users can deposit and withdraw funds, trade, and view their balances, holdings and transaction history. We keep records of these transactions to operate your account.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your email address and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to us), or, if you sign in with Google or X, the basic account information that provider shares, such as your email address and an account identifier.
  • Investor profile: full name, country, investment experience, risk tolerance and time horizon that you enter during onboarding.
  • Application records: your application status (for example submitted, under review, approved) and any notes recorded by reviewers.
  • Identity documents: files you upload (passport, national ID or driving licence as JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB), the file name and the document type you select.
  • Audit records: a log of review and permission actions taken by our staff on accounts.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in; this is required for the service to work. [CONFIRM WHETHER HOSTING PROVIDER COLLECTS SERVER LOGS AND WHAT THEY CONTAIN]
